Plant Based Protein Powder (Whey/Dairy/Gluten/Soy free)
– I use Amazing Meal (Vanilla Chai and Chocolate Carmel are delicious!) but other options are Vega, Raw Protein, Plant Fusion
1 TBS Maca Powder
1 TBS Chia Seed
1TBS Coconut Oil
1 TBS Cocoa Powder
! TBS Flaxseed
Frozen Organic Raspberries
Handfull of Kale (Other option: Beet, Kale, Spinach, apple, lemon, ginger JUICE)
1 TSP Ginger
1 TSP Cinnamon
1 TSP Nutmeg
Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk (Can use coconut milk, hazelnut milk cashew milk or water )
Blend or throw in your Vitamix and enjoy!
